We didn’t burn down the brand new Owings Mills building!

Last night 6/2, CCBC Life Enrichment hosted its first ever demo cooking class, Culinary Travel Series, at our new Owings Mills location in the Hospitality room 502.

Chef Bryan Sullivan, pioneered our efforts with a rockin’ tapas menu including 3 unique creamy tarts (maryland crab, mushroom and buffalo chicken), followed by a beautiful rare steak and butternut squash hash served neatly on asian soup spoons. He topped the night off with chicken tacos garnished with freshly made salsa!

Students came with notepads in hand to catch Chef Bryan’s kitchen tips and lively jokes! The class also enjoyed watching the sun set over 795 :) and were proud to be the first to experience our newest endeavor, Culinary Travel Series. Thanks to Chef Bryan and the staff at Owings Mills for their efforts and Michelle McCallum who came up with this wild idea last fall!

Don’t worry if you missed the first one,

Join us for our next class the first Monday evening in July!
