Sourdough Thai Fusion? or Confusion?
Scheduling Mistakes = Creative Collaboration at CCBC Carver Center for the Arts Kitchen. Thai Vegetarian/Vegan and Sourdough Bread Making classes overlapped by a few weeks but students had double the tastings and exposure to a variety of new cooking approaches. Thanks to our new teacher, Inna Alesina, and our wonderful, long standing teacher, Ang Robinson, for their flexibility and committment to sharing their love of cooking with the Baltimore community.
