Probiotic Craze at Catonsville High

"Just wanted to let you know that everything last night went great! Everyone is super excited to learn about fermentation. We are learning Kombucha, Water and Milk Kefir and Sourdough…The final week will be even more intense with making whole vegetable pickles, learning about Nuka, preserving citrus and jarring up the kraut we made last night and hopefully some kombucha!"
